After 7 years working as a professional dancer and with over 10 years teaching experience, Lauren Cooke A.B.A.T.D BA(HONS) has founded SMOOTH MOVES.

The SMOOTH MOVES Academy Of Performing Arts currently offers classes in Street Dance, Jazz and Singing for 7 to 15 year olds of all abilities, with the opportunity to perform in shows and enter exams. Future classes will include Cheerleading, Tap and Ballet.

Also by popular demand Street Dance for Adults (16+),
a fun way to exercise.
